You may have extra consumer rights under the local law that this contract cannot change.
Users represent and warrant that they are 18 years of age or older in order to enter into this Agreement and make any purchase of any deal provided by us.
The user is responsible for providing accurate information at the time of registration. Users are responsible for ensuring that details are updated and current. In the event that a user does not provide correct and accurate information the deal will not be processed.
GoOutdoors.lk reserves the right to terminate user membership at any time if breach of these terms and conditions take place.
GoOutdoors.lk collects user’s personal information for future marketing and promotional purposes only and will not share this information.
Upon registration the user is solely responsible for the User ID on the GoOutdoors.lk site and all actions made on our site while logged in (at all times) as a member.
GoOutdoors.lk recognizes whether a user is accessing the site and using the services and whether the user is allowed to use an account through the specified User ID issued. The user is completely responsible for the account being accessed and use of our services.
Users will not present any content that has copyrights or third party proprietary rights that includes exposure to the public, invading privacy or giving out trade secrets and similar unauthorized actions unless otherwise you own the rights to publish or submit such content as the lawful owner and have the right to provide it to GoOutdoors.lk
Go outdoors is a trademark owned by GoOutdoors Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd. The rights of this trademark are owned exclusively by its rightful owners and cannot be used by any other party unless otherwise it is clearly stated and authorized by its legitimate owners.
GoOutdoors.lk reserves the right to monitor and block or remove communications (comments) or material that it determines to be abusive, libel, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, in violation of a copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights of others and in violation of any laws. GoOutdoors.lk will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing to disclose the identity of anyone posting such communications or material.
Go Outdoors Lanka (PVT) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Go Outdoors”) requires payment of a non – refundable deposit of 15% of the total holiday cost or $50 (or SLRs.20,000) whichever is greater to confirm a booking. The full balance is due by no later than 29 days prior to the start of your holiday. If the balance is not received in full by the due date, Go Outdoors reserves the right to cancel the holiday without notice and without refund of the deposit. When you submit a booking via our online reservation system you will receive an automatically generated booking summary by email to the email address you provide in the booking form. This does not form a contract between us. A contract shall only arise when your booking is subsequently confirmed in writing via a letter of confirmation sent to you by post or email.
Please inform us immediately by telephone or email if you must for any reason to cancel your holiday. Cancellation by telephone must be confirmed in writing within five working days. Notification in writing of a cancellation at least 30 days in advance will only result in the loss of your deposit. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival the following cancellation charges will apply.

Bad weather can often affect travel plans. Go Outdoors cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of guests in the event of plane, road or rail disruptions due to adverse weather conditions, technical faults/ breakdowns or any form of industrial action. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.
We strongly recommend that you take out your own holiday & cancellation insurance.
Caravans and Cottages will be available for check in from 2pm and check out is 10.30am on day of departure. We cannot be held responsible for properties not being ready should you arrive earlier than the stated check-in time. Ensuring that your lodge is clean and tidy prior to your departure helps us to keep costs down.
Collection: At time of booking we will contact you to agree collection time and location.
Note: Go Outdoors will make every effort to have your motorhome ready for the collection time you have selected however Go Outdoors cannot guarantee that your vehicle will be ready for this time. Should this be the case no refunds will be due to you, there will be no extension of your hire, and the motorhome will still be required to be returned in accordance with the details set out below.
Return: The vehicle must be returned on the correct date to the correct place, and before the time stated on the rental agreement. Vehicles must be returned undamaged, with the same amount of fuel it left the depot with, and the interior clean and in the same condition as they left the depot, otherwise a charge will be made for additional valeting and or upholstery cleaning.
Late return: If you will be late returning, Go Outdoors must be advised immediately. An additional charge of SLRs2500 per hour/part hour will be payable for all late returns.

Go Outdoors do not allow pets in any of their accommodation.
Unless you have prebooked one of our set itineraries, there will be an extra charge of SLRs2500 payable directly to any park you choose to stay on within our programme.
Bedding and towels are provided. Additional bedding/pillows are available on request.
No extra charge will be made for this. However, we ask guests not to be wasteful. We suggest you keep the thermostats at 240C for AC and heating.
The Caravan parks and cottages have a parking spaces close by but not directly adjacent to the caravans. Spaces are limited to one standard vehicle per customer. Please park with consideration for other guests. Vehicles, accessories and contents are left entirely at their owner’s risk. Go Outdoors will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to persons caused by others as a result of parking your vehicle on our sites.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodation with the exception of our Cottages where smoking is permitted. We reserve the right to charge a fee of up to SLRs20,000 for a deep clean to remove the smell of smoke from a no smoking unit. We kindly request that guests smoke outdoors away from the accommodation and dispose of all cigarette ends carefully.
Please let us know as soon as possible if anything gets broken or damaged during your stay or if anything is broken or missing when you arrive. Guests will be liable to pay for any damages, repairs or extra cleaning incurred during their stay. We cannot be held liable for a breakdown of any facility, which is beyond our reasonable control
Go Outdoors will not accept responsibility for any injury or loss / damage to personal property during your stay.
We strongly advise you to check and double check the caravan/motorhome before checking out to ensure you have left nothing behind. Should you still manage to forget something please contact us immediately and we will check with the park or motorhome. If we locate the lost item we will discuss with you the best way to repatriate the item to you. Any costs we need to incur to facilitate this are payable by you. Items will not be dispatched until this payment is made. In addition, we will charge a SLRs1000 administration fee for all items sent by carrierGo Outdoors will not accept responsibility for any items left behind, including items found and subsequently lost by a carrier.
The maximum number of persons occupying the accommodation must NOT exceed the number stated on the website or agreed in writing by Go Outdoors

It is the policy of Go Outdoors to encourage and support Guests, Visitors, Staff to use the complaints procedure if they are unhappy with any aspect of the service. Should a problem occur whilst you are staying with us please inform a member of staff immediately in order to give us the opportunity to resolve the issue, this can be done during office hours at the site reception or out with office hours by calling us on +94 11 4545 553. Should we be unable to resolve your complaint immediately you must put your complaint in writing to the General Manager, Go Outdoors, 82/1A Stratford Avenue, Colombo 6, Sri Lanka within 28 days of your departure from Go Outdoors accommodation quoting your original booking reference and giving all relevant information, we will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 14 working days and reply fully within 28 days.
The booking secures the use of the property and its facilities for the agreed rental period. Bedding and towels are supplied but please bring your own towels for outdoors and the beach, if required. Wi-Fi available, however this facility cannot be guaranteed to be available at all times due to the unpredictability of Service Providers in the area
At the time of booking you will be given the name of the property reserved for you. However, Go Outdoors reserves the right to move you to another property with the guarantee that it will be of the same size or larger. If for any reason a unit has been rendered unsuitable for holiday letting (e.g. water damage/fire damage, break down of heating system etc.) on the date booked, we will endeavor to offer alternative accommodation or alternative dates, or offer a refund of all monies paid by the client.
At times it may be necessary for Go Outdoors staff or contractors to access the accommodation units for maintenance/servicing of the property or equipment. All work will be carried out with a minimum of disruption to guests.
Go Outdoors retains information collected and may use it to provide you with holiday or special offers information. We also appreciate your honest feedback for improvements; therefore we may send you a questionnaire about your stay with us. We will never pass your information on to third parties.
Go Outdoors cannot guarantee the provision of Wi-Fi at all times due to the unpredictability of Service Providers in the area.
