While you stay in our Sigiriya Go Outdoors Camp, take a day out to the Sigiriya Rock Fortress. It’s a bit of a walk to the top, so make sure you take plenty of water, and snacks as there are no shops once you get to the rock, and it will be a very thirsty walk. Wear your sunscreen, wear a hat, have your shades ready, and have a small bag to put your trash in! If you like a warm up walk before the climb, it’s only a short distance to the Sigiriya rock from our camp!
